Services, Fees, & Insurance

I work with adults (age 21+) individually for mental health therapy and substance use recovery support. I am currently seeing clients through virtual/telehealth video only, via secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, in Washington State.

Intake/First contact consultation -- Please ask for estimate.
Individual Mental Health Therapy -- $175 for 50-minute session; $215 for intake assessment (first virtual appointment only).
Substance Use Assessment -- $350 for 120-minute ASAM assessment (once during first appointment); $175 for 50-minute mental health/substance use counseling sessions after assessment.

In-network with First Choice, Premera, United HealthCare and Cigna.
Out-of-Network with Aetna, Regence, Tricare, Apple Care, Molina, and all other insurance carriers. Good Faith Estimate will be provided before services, and a Superbill (healthcare receipt) will be issued for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Reduced price slots are available upon request & approval (on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability). These slots are not compatible with insurance-billed services or assessment fees.
